A diet plan using green tea for weight loss is an excellent idea for those who are not counting calories or willing to invest hours in the gym. Additionally, adding green tea to a weight loss program will increase the performance of the diet plan. Green tea has one significant benefit that no other diet plans product I could think about: actually it has a thousand year record of usage and no recognized negative effects. It is not just natural but has a benefit of being one of best nature’s organic products. Based on research studies shown it decreases the risk of heart problems, bad cholesterol levels and also reduces the threat of some forms of cancer. Can any type of diet, weight loss shake or various other supplement those same claims? (That was a rhetorical question as the response is no). Green tea from a medical point of view is not much different compared to the tea most people make in the house or discover in a restuarant. The distinction originates from the processing. T
